PM Realty Group, a national, privately held real estate services firm, is seeking a General Manager to oversee the staff, leasing team, financial reporting, and operations of a retail center located in Chino Hills, CA.

Commercial real estate management experience required. Ideal candidates must have extensive experience in managing property management staff, have PC proficiency, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.? Responsibilities include direct contact/liason with client, contract administration, tenant relations, property inspections, and directly responsible for accounting functions, including financial analysis and budgeting.??
?
Education and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial real estate
Bachelor?s degree from four year College or University.
State of California Real Estate License
Proficient in MS Word / Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
